We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.
Our services are intended for business use only. You agree not to use the services for any unlawful or prohibited activities. Unauthorised use of our systems, including unauthorised access, is prohibited.
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Dal Corso Group GmbH. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without explicit permission.
You agree to keep all information, materials, and data obtained through our services confidential. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, financial information, and proprietary methods. You may not disclose any confidential information to third parties without our prior written consent, except as required by law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
All fees for our services are payable in advance in CHF. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by you. Late payments will incur an interest charge of 2% above the Swiss National Bank's base rate. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of our services.
Hyper Growth Accelerator Blueprint Guarantee: Dal Corso Group GmbH guarantees that if, after a full year in the Hyper Growth Accelerator Blueprint, you cannot see that you're heading for the top of the pyramid and are
not satisfied with your progress, we will refund your full investment and pay you an additional CHF 1,200.
For the purpose of this guarantee, we define the "Top of the Pyramid" as a business that meets one or more of the following criteria:
Eligibility: To qualify, you must have joined the Hyper Growth Accelerator Blueprint through a qualifying session between 1st June 2023 and 31st December 2024. You must follow the guidance provided during the first twelve (12) months, including completing assigned tasks, dedicating at least 3 hours weekly to working on your business, and requesting help when needed.
Claim Process: If you wish to claim under this guarantee, you must notify us via email no later than seven months after your start date. We reserve the right to work with you during the remaining months to help achieve the expected outcomes. If, after your 12th month, you still wish to claim, you must submit your claim via email within 365 days of joining. Provided you have complied with the guarantee terms, we will refund your payments up to CHF 14,400 (equivalent to twelve monthly payments plus CHF 1,200).
Exclusions: This guarantee does not apply to the Pre-Accelerator programme. Cancellation or missed payments within the first twelve (12) months will void the guarantee.
In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, prior to any legal action.
Dal Corso Group GmbH shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, or other events classified as force majeure.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Dal Corso Group GmbH is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing such links is at your own risk.
If you post or submit content to our website, you grant Dal Corso Group GmbH a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms & Conditions or is otherwise objectionable.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions without the prior written consent of Dal Corso Group GmbH. We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations without your consent.
All notices required or permitted under these Terms & Conditions shall be in writing and delivered by email or postal mail to the addresses provided by the parties.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Dal Corso Group GmbH.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this agreement will cease. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued according to the terms outlined at the time of purchase. No refunds will be issued for partial months of service.
Dal Corso Group GmbH will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the three months preceding the claim in CHF.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dal Corso Group GmbH, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website. We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information in accordance with our policy.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zürich.
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dal Corso Group GmbH.
